JK Police Constable exam date: The Jammu & Kashmir Services Selection Board (JKSSB) released a notification (No. 12 of 2025) on December 12, 2025, for 1,815 constable posts—allocated 934 posts to the Jammu division and 881 to the Kashmir division. The registration process for these vacancies is already complete. JKSSB is currently preparing to conduct exams for notifications 4, 9, and 7 first, after which the JKP Constable exam date 2026 will be held December; the expected date for the 1,815-constable posts is December 14, 2026. Candidates who have applied for these vacancies should continue their preparations.The admit card will be released in November 2026; students Remember their registration application number to easily download the admit card. JK Police Constable Exam Pattern 2026-27
The JK Police Constable written exam will consist of 100 MCQs, carrying a total of 100 marks. The duration of the exam will be two hours. Questions will be asked from sections including General English, General Knowledge & Current Affairs, J&K GK, Numerical Ability, Reasoning, and Basic Computer Knowledge. One mark will be awarded for each correct answer, while 0.25 marks will be deducted for each incorrect answer (negative marking). Following the written exam, the PST, PET, document verification, and medical examination will be conducted.
